

She promised the claim would be submitted the next day, that everything would get settled and she would call me first thing the next day to confirm everything. I followed up with the dealership salesman who directed me to them and he gave me the name and phone number of who I presumed was the manager. During that time all I got was a litany of excuses, ignored text messages & voice messages. Over a three week period I had to follow up five times just to get confirmation that my claim was submitted to the insurance company. They were unable to even gather the information to submit my claim. What a disappointment!!! Despite rave reviews and referrals this was truly a bad experience. I have had my vehicle towed to this location twice, both over an hour away from my residence. My car is currently with this shop again and I feel completely confident that they will do a wonderful job. A few minor scratches on my vehicle prior to the accident were even touched up at no charge to me. My vehicle left this shop clean, vacuumed, and looking better than it did previous to the accident. The service was top-notch and the work was done perfectly.


The owner of this shop is a no BS kind of guy and will explain to you the details of what is being done to your vehicle as well as the current technologies available in the field best suited for the job. I was extremely impressed with the personalized customer service, attention to detail, and time taken out to explain to me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I had had a very bad experience with another body shop nearby and had my car towed here for final repairs. I was unfortunate enough to have two car accidents over the span of two months (neither of which were my fault).
